Our ogbono soup is made from organic African bush mango fruit seeds also known as dika seeds cooked with strategy in palm oil, assorted meat, dry fish, crayfish and traditional spices. Eat this with any swallow such as pounded yam, plantain flour, cauliflower or oat!
